Matt Hile Racing 2015 Season Recap

2015 was the inaugural year that Matt Hile was going to take on the NASA Southeast TT2 Class in his nissan 350Z built / tuned by SOHO Motorsports as he competed in twelve events which resulted in ten wins, a third place finish at NASA Nationals, and ecu failure on the final event which ultimately led to a third place finish in his class.  Minor changes were made to vehicle following the 2014 season into the 2015 season, which included Front Canards, Rear Diffuser, Hood Inlet, Aerocatch hood pins, and taller spoiler brackets to name a few. The NASA Nationals were held at VIR this year and this was going to be our first time attending with the hopes of finishing in first, but the competition was very stiff as we ended up with a third place finish.   In the final event of the NASA Southeast time trial event, we had an ECU failure that ultimately led to a DNF and an end to the 2015 season.  Not to worry as the beginning of the 2016 season is only one week away as Matt Hile and the crew at SOHO Motorsports are aiming for the TT2 championship this year!   We would like to thank all of the sponsors for a successful 2015 and a bright 2016 season!
